Student Withdrawal

We understand that circumstances may arise necessitating the withdrawal of your child/children from School.  To ensure a smooth transition, we kindly request one term’s notice to formally terminate the signed contract. This policy is in place as the school invests substantial resources in each child’s education, and their departure significantly impacts our community. If no notice is provided, one term’s fees from the date of notification will be charged.

Further information regarding withdrawal can be found on our Enrolment Policy and our School Fees and Charges Policy, both available on our website.

When notice is received, we will then commence the process to fill the available place.

Note that a student cannot be enrolled at two schools at the same time in NSW, so you will be required to formally withdraw from our School, before enrolling at another.

To formally withdraw, please complete the Withdrawal Form for each student, using the following link
