Primary School Coordinator (1-6)
Cape Byron Rudolf Steiner School is a vibrant and progressive K–12 school guided by the educational principles by Rudolf Steiner. Our beautiful rural campus spans 4.5 hectares with native and vegetable gardens throughout.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced educational leader who has a personal commitment to embrace Steiner Education. The role of Primary School Coordinator (1-6) holds the day‑to‑day running of the Primary School: staffing matters, timetables, resource management, coordinating relief, events, behaviour processes and ensure family communications are coordinated with care.
We’re looking for a team leader who is confident, organised, and nurturing, an educator who brings creativity, imagination, and a deep love of learning. The successful applicant will embrace Steiner education and contribute positively to a warm, collaborative faculty environment. A strong commitment to high-quality teaching and student wellbeing is essential.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Primary School faculty to deliver inspired, creative, academic, and nurturing education for our students. Experience in Steiner education is highly desirable.

- NESA Registration
• NSW Working with Children Check
• Current First Aid Certificate

- Completion of the Class Teacher 1-6 cycle
- Full Time
