As the school gates open once again, we welcome students, families, teachers and staff back for another enriching year of learning and growth. The beginning of the school year is always a time of fresh beginnings, renewed energy, and the promise of new experiences.
We would especially like to welcome our new Acting Principal, Rachel Knight, who steps into this role from her position as Director of High School. Having previously served as Co-Head two years ago, Rachel brings a wealth of experience, deep understanding of our school community, and great enthusiasm to this leadership position once again.
This week, our school has been buzzing with excitement as children settle into their classes, reconnect with friends, and embrace the rhythm of school life once more. For some, this marks the continuation of a familiar journey, while for others—especially our newest students—it is the start of something entirely new.
As a Steiner school, we value the importance of rhythm, connection, and meaningful experiences. This year, we look forward to fostering curiosity, creativity, and a sense of belonging for every student.
