As we welcome back our students to Term 3, the days are slowly getting longer and as we move toward Spring, the sun is getting warmer and our gardens are looking bountiful and colourful.

Two Tawny Frogmouths were spotted when we came back to school at the start of this term, perched in our palm tree outside the movement room. Frogmouth Fact:  These nocturnal animals are often confused with owls, however, they do not have curved talons on their feet, so are not classed as owls.

Class 4 were busy this week, harvesting an abundance of radishes, ginger, turmeric, potatoes and salad from our school gardens.

They will be used in our canteen, to add to Class lunches, and some will be available to purchase from our Friday morning markets.
