Ensemble Della Mar (Ensemble of the Sea)

As a member of the ensemble, students discover the joys of playing their instruments together and developing a varied repertoire to music to take on tour. We usually go on a tour every year and have found that this is when our performances rise to the next level of confidence and musicality. We also love the opportunity to spend time together on the road. Previous tours have included New Zealand, Tasmania, Sydney, Bellingen and Noosa.

Students from Class 6 to 10 are welcome and we have often been joined by older students and professional musicians. We rehearse on Thursday afternoon from 3pm to 4.15pm so please join us if you play an instrument.
We look forward to going away together soon and performing many times for schools across the country. We also look forward to sharing our music at our school festivals and events.
